Saprea is pleased to announce STACK Real Estate as one of its featured partners to help bring awareness to the issue of child sexual abuse. STACK Real Estate is also a "Hope" sponsor for the upcoming Saprea Gala on Sept. 16.

STACK Real Estate’s story started when it took a chance and purchased 120 acres of alfalfa fields next to Thanksgiving Point in 2006. Nathan Ricks and Andrew Bybee saw something more. In partnership with Lehi City, they designed a master plan of Class A office space, retail and high-density housing in the heart of Silicon Slopes that now includes many of Utah’s budding and established tech unicorns.

In 2015, Ricks and Bybee founded STACK Real Estate to build, own and operate these and future projects in the heart of Silicon Slopes and along the Wasatch Front. Some of those projects include Thanksgiving Station, Thanksgiving Park, and Thanksgiving Retail, Sandy Towers, Sojo Station in South Jordan, North Slope at Traverse Mountain, Younique Headquarters and the Saprea office building in Lehi. STACK Real Estate also donated the space for Silicon Slopes Headquarters to accommodate events, classes, and network gatherings.

Since its beginning, STACK Real Estate continues to maintain its original intent of building the best buildings, in the best locations, for the best people. Whether someone is looking for 5,000 or 150,000 square feet, it welcomes the challenge to build a customer’s dream office.

STACK Real Estate’s founders, Ricks and Bybee, have built a reputation for anticipating opportunities and making them real. They are focused on building communities that are sustainable, mixed-use, attractive, realistic, and transit-oriented. “In partnership with forward-thinking municipalities, we are building a better quality of life for Utahns amidst unprecedented growth,” Bybee said.

As Utah prepares to double in population, STACK is making long-term investments to preserve Utah’s unique lifestyle for current and future residents.

STACK’s brand purpose to “Build People Up” aligns perfectly with Saprea's purpose to inspire, educate, empower, and advocate for those dealing with the effects of sexual abuse. “Supporting Saprea's mission and purpose is an easy decision. Life is about building people up. No one does this better than Saprea and we are honored to be both friends and partners in that effort,” Bybee said.
