The Younique Foundation Selected as ‘Transformative’ Nonprofit

The Younique Foundation has been selected by the prestigious Stand Together Foundation as one of the country’s most transformative nonprofits. Additionally, The Younique Foundation has been invited to be part of its Catalyst Program, a management training and peer-learning program to help nonprofits grow, scale, and replicate their success.

The Younique Foundation, with offices in Lehi, Utah, and Alpharetta, Georgia, is one of only 12 nonprofits chosen to join the growing community of more than 190 organizations across 47 states.

“We are thrilled to be joining this community of changemakers,” said Shelaine Maxfield, president of The Younique Foundation. “Collaboration with the other 11 nonprofits selected will be invaluable to us as we look for innovative ways to make survivors of childhood sexual abuse aware of the tremendous support and resources we offer."

The Younique Foundation was selected from among hundreds of nonprofit organizations through an extensive vetting process and accepted into the program after a rigorous evaluation. Nonprofits selected for the Catalyst Program are acknowledged to be both innovative and impactful while demonstrating “outside-the-box” thinking and embracing community-driven and people-centered approaches. Invitation to the Catalyst Program is also based on proven outcomes and the potential for scale and cultural impact.

“Our new partners are crafting solutions from within communities that are as unique as the people they serve. We are looking forward to working together to maximize their impact in communities across the country,” said Evan Feinberg, Stand Together Foundation executive director.

The Catalyst Program is a six-month management and peer-learning training program. The experience will equip The Younique Foundation leadership with new tools and approaches to deepen the impact of the Foundation and expand its reach. The program serves as an on-ramp to long-term partnership with Stand Together Foundation which includes management coaching, leadership development, operational support, and access to a community of entrepreneurial peers, influential philanthropists, and business leaders. The program kicks off on Feb. 23.
