The global nonprofit Saprea has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by Salt Lake Tribune. The award is based primarily on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey, taken voluntarily by 76% of Utah Saprea employees, measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Saprea is honored to be selected as a Utah TopWorkplace,” said Tammy Oldroyd, Saprea’s vice president of Human Resources. “We have incredibly talented employees who are passionate about helping us build resources, services, and awareness to fight child sexual abuse.”
The nonprofit is leading the charge against child sexual abuse, shedding light on the issue, and supporting communities around the world in healing and prevention. With clinically proven tools and resources, Saprea works to empower survivors, parents, and community members with the knowledge needed to protect, heal, and overcome.

Saprea exists to liberate individuals and society from child sexual abuse and its lasting impacts. One in five children in the United States will be sexually abused by their 18th birthday and Saprea aspires for a world that reduces that number to zero. Saprea, the nonprofit known for using proven, practical methods for confronting and overcoming child sexual abuse, has announced a strategic organizational restructure as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and better serve our community of survivors. The organization is also exploring the introduction of new services that will help reach more audiences with our healing and prevention resources.
