Designed for Adult Female Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse
The Saprea Healing Webinar is designed for adult women who were sexually abused at or before the age of 18. Led by a team of trauma-informed educators, the webinar gives survivors the opportunity to participate in classes, engage in group discussions, mindfully connect with their bodies, and build a community with other survivors.
What to Expect
The Saprea Healing Webinar usually has about ten participants joining each session. Expectations to ensure a safe and confidential environment are set once every participant has joined. Throughout the 3 hours, participants will receive psychoeducation through lectures, discussions, and videos. They will also receive 15-minute breaks to engage in self-care activities of their choice. At the end of each webinar, participants are provided with various resources to continue their healing journey.

“The presenters did a wonderful job leading. Their kindness and lack of judgementalism meant a lot. Hearing from other attendees was meaningful and helped normalize my experiences as it related to this community of people. The intake and professionalism prior to the webinar spoke highly regarding the organization. I appreciated the variety of the content and opportunities to engage rather than it being only a presentation.”

“I love that the webinar alternated education with opportunities to practice what we learned. I appreciate having post-webinar access to videos (via Vimeo), online resources, the Re-Story worksheet, and Why Do I Still Feel This Way e-book.”

“Every bit of the webinar was engaging for me. The 4 and 1/2 hours seemed almost like nothing. Even though I listed the small group discussions as being the most helpful, all of the interaction and information impacted me. I say this even though I've been exposed to almost all of that information. There was something about people caring about my experience that impacted me in a positive and meaningful way.”
