Before I went to the Saprea Retreat, I was very scared and broken inside. I never thought I would be able to start that healing process. Once I got there I started to notice that healing was possible. I’m very grateful for the staff at Saprea. They showed me that even though I felt broken, I wasn’t. I was a beautiful art piece that was mended together with strength, bravery, and love. I will never forget the experience I had there.Â
