Mein Selbstvertrauen war so gering, dass es mir an vielen Tagen schwer fiel, aus dem Bett zu kommen. Ich hatte fast jeden Tag Selbstmordgedanken und f\u00fchlte mich unw\u00fcrdig. Ich f\u00fchlte mich allein und hatte das Gef\u00fchl, dass niemand sonst meinen Schmerz verstand. Bis ich eine Gruppe starker, mutiger M\u00e4dchen traf, die mir zeigten, dass ich nicht <a href=\"https:\/\/saprea.org\/de\/heilen\/einsamkeit\/?utm_source=stories&amp;utm_medium=loneliness&amp;utm_campaign=english\">allein<\/a> war. Sie zeigten mir, dass das, was mir als Kind widerfahren ist, nicht meine Schuld war und dass ich nicht schuld daran bin.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dem Saprea Retreat fiel es mir sehr schwer, meine Geschichte mit anderen zu teilen, aber es half mir trotzdem, andere \u00fcber ihr Leben und ihren Umgang damit sprechen zu h\u00f6ren. Einigen M\u00e4dchen bin ich in dieser Zeit besonders nahe gekommen und ich konnte ihnen etwas von meiner Geschichte erz\u00e4hlen, was f\u00fcr mich ein gro\u00dfer Schritt war.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich nach Hause kam, f\u00fchlte ich mich wie ein v\u00f6llig anderer Mensch.
