Es kam mir nie so lange vor, weil ich in meinem Leben viele traumatische Dinge erlebt habe, \u00fcber die ich nie gesprochen habe. Ich hatte immer ein L\u00e4cheln auf den Lippen und wollte immer andere Menschen gl\u00fccklich machen. All das habe ich in mir behalten und versteckt.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Ich lernte ein M\u00e4dchen kennen und wir verstanden uns sehr gut. Sie sprach von Schuld und <a href=\"https:\/\/saprea.org\/de\/heilen\/scham\/?utm_source=stories&amp;utm_medium=shame&amp;utm_campaign=english\">Scham<\/a>. Dann passierte mir etwas und alles brach zusammen. All die Traurigkeit, die Wut, der Schmerz und die Schuld, die ich in mir getragen hatte, verschwanden in genau diesem Moment. Ich f\u00fchlte mich frei. Ich bin jetzt seit einem Jahr in Therapie und versuche, an meiner <a href=\"https:\/\/saprea.org\/de\/heilen\/depressionen\/?utm_source=stories&amp;utm_medium=depression&amp;utm_campaign=english\">Depression<\/a>, meiner bipolaren St\u00f6rung und meinem posttraumatischen Stresssyndrom zu arbeiten. Es ist nicht einfach, gesund zu werden, vor allem nicht k\u00f6rperlich. Aber niemand muss aufgeben.
